Shipping and Handling
The shipping choices are available when you checkout all prices include packaging.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Standard - Using this method of shipping the seller takes no responsibility for missing or damaged packages once posted.
- Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - The package is covered upto the value of £34.00 if the items purchased come to more than the insured value please be advised to use the "Royal Mail Special Delivery" which covers you for loss or damage up to the value of £500 if not used the seller cannot be held responsible.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased, for any reason, you may return it unused for exchange or refund, just notify us within 7 days of receipt of purchase, Contact and ask for a returns note to put with the returned item. returns@alwaystempted24-7.co.uk
There are however, a few sensible conditions to this policy:
The product(s) being returned must be unused, still have their original packaging, labelling, and be accompanied by the original delivery note.
You can NOT return products such as DVDs, Underwear, or any such item(s) that by their nature can not be returned.
Returns will NOT be accepted if the item has been used, is dirty, has had the labels removed or the packaging (such as a shoe box) is damaged, or is in any way returned in a worse condition than supplied.
If an item is returned in this manner the customer shall be contacted and charged the return carriage cost before the item is returned.
Any product that has been Special Ordered for a customer may NOT be returned.
We want you to be totally happy with the products you buy from Always Tempted 24-7. We cannot accept returns on underwear unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Regrettably, unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake when fulfilling your order, we do not offer refunds on post and packaging costs and we will charge you postage to re-send you the correct size.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Always Tempted 24-7 will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.
Faulty or Wrong items
If the item you received is faulty or not what you ordered please contact us quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and reason for the return, also whether you require a refund or a replacement and we shall send you a returns note to put with the item you are returning. returns@alwaystempted24-7.co.uk
Note: When trying on items of clothing please ensure you are not wearing any perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please refrain from smoking or be in a room where the item may smell of smoke when you are trying your item on. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
